Phoenix Studies, operated by PHOENIXFLY CAREERS LLP, provides online Computer-Based Test (CBT) examination simulators, previous years' solved papers, sectional boosters, and comprehensive test series.
Because our educational content is delivered instantaneously in electronic format across cloud servers upon payment completion, its legal nature differs fundamentally from tangible physical retail merchandise. We have structured this Cancellation & Refund Policy in strict compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 to balance candidate fairness with the protection of proprietary educational intellectual property.
2. 100% Guaranteed Full Refund Scenarios
We guarantee a complete 100% refund without hidden deductions in any of the following verified technical scenarios:
If an internet connectivity glitch, timeout, or payment gateway retry results in multiple deductions for the exact same test series or order, all duplicate amounts are identified and refunded within 24 to 48 hours automatically.
If your payment status is marked successful, but our server-side state machine fails to unlock the test series on your Student Dashboard within 24 hours of purchase, and our support team is unable to resolve the entitlement, you are eligible for an immediate 100% refund.
If our CBT simulator suffers a major system outage that prevents you from completing your exam, or if a purchased paper contains defective missing questions that cannot be rendered, and we fail to deliver a verified fix within 12 hours of report, you will receive a 100% refund.
3. Non-Refundable Scope & Free Demo Protection
To protect our academic creators from unauthorized copying and piracy, refunds cannot be granted under the following circumstances:
- Completed CBT Exam Attempts: Once a student has started and completed the 30-minute exam, generated their All-India percentile scorecard, and unlocked our full step-by-step solutions and speed formulas, the educational value is considered fully consumed.
- Subjective Question Difficulty: We provide Free 5-Minute Diagnostic Demo Tests (10 questions) on our homepage and product catalog specifically so candidates can inspect our question difficulty, interface layout, and timer clocks prior to payment.
- Change of Mind or Accidental Purchase: Requests submitted more than 7 calendar days after order placement are ineligible for refund.
- Account Termination for Malpractice: Any account terminated for using scrapers, auto-bots, or redistributing content to Telegram/WhatsApp forfeits all refund rights.
4. Flagship Master Pass & Annual Subscription Cooling Period
For our 1-Year Ultimate Pro Pass (₹4,999) or Multi-Exam Bundles:
- Candidates are entitled to a 48-hour cooling-off window from the time of purchase, provided that no more than 2 full mock test examinations have been completed.
- If requested within this window, a full refund minus nominal payment gateway processing charges (maximum 2%) will be processed.
- After 48 hours or after attempting 3 or more mock tests, the annual subscription becomes non-refundable.
