Effective Date: October 21, 2026 • Governing all registered candidates, visitors, and commercial transactions on Phoenix Studies operated by PHOENIXFLY CAREERS LLP.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Capacity
These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder as applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or purchasing online Computer-Based Test (CBT) mock exam series or educational materials on Phoenix Studies (accessible at phoenixstudies.com and related sub-domains), operated by PHOENIXFLY CAREERS LLP, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If you do not agree to each and every term herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
2. Student Eligibility, Account Security & OTP Verification
Use of the Platform is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including un-discharged insolvents, are not eligible to use the Platform. If you are a minor (under the age of 18 years), you may use the Platform or purchase test series only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- Single-User Integrity: Every student account registered on Phoenix Studies is strictly for personal, individual educational use. Sharing login credentials, access tokens, or session cookies with other candidates, coaching batches, or study groups is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of contract resulting in immediate termination without refund.
- 6-Digit OTP Verification: To protect student accounts from identity theft and unauthorized access, registration and password resets require validation via a 6-digit One-Time Password (OTP) dispatched to your registered email address. OTPs expire within 10 minutes and can be used only once.
- Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at llpphoenixfly@gmail.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Individual Educational License Grant & Permitted Usage
Upon successful payment for any individual CBT mock test, sectional booster pack, or Flagship Master Pass, PHOENIXFLY CAREERS LLP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable single-user personal license to:
- Access the interactive Computer-Based Test (CBT) simulator 24/7 across compatible modern desktop, laptop, tablet, and smartphone web browsers.
- Attempt the paid mock examinations with unlimited re-attempts during your active entitlement validity period.
- View and review detailed question-by-question explanations, speed math derivations, and personal diagnostic scorecards.
- Download your official GST-compliant tax invoice for personal tax or reimbursement records.
4. CBT Simulator Fair Play Regulations & Proctoring
The Phoenix Studies test simulator is engineered to mirror actual competitive examination center protocols (e.g., national exam authorities, IBPS, Central Boards). To maintain the integrity of our All-India percentile calculations and merit rankings, candidates agree to abide by the following Fair Play regulations:
Using automated bots, browser automation extensions (Puppeteer, Selenium, Tampermonkey), or script injectors to solve questions or scrape answers is strictly barred.
All test submissions undergo server-side timestamp validation. Submitting a 50-question 30-minute exam in impossible micro-durations (e.g., under 60 seconds) flags the account for proctor audit.
Free 5-minute demo CBT tests (10 questions) are made freely accessible for personal evaluation without mandatory payment or subscription.
Any attempt to manipulate client-side JavaScript or alter response payloads will result in immediate disqualification of scores and permanent blacklisting.
5. Intellectual Property Rights & Anti-Piracy Protection
All content on Phoenix Studies—including without limitation the proprietary question bank, step-by-step verified derivations, speed calculation shortcuts, mind maps, mock test blueprints, user interface designs, CSS stylings, brand assets, logos, and software code—is the sole intellectual property of PHOENIXFLY CAREERS LLP and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and applicable international intellectual property laws.
You explicitly agree that you shall NOT:
- Screen-record, screenshot in bulk, decompile, reverse engineer, or extract questions or explanations from our CBT runner.
- Upload, broadcast, distribute, or resell our materials across Telegram channels, WhatsApp study groups, Google Drive links, YouTube videos, or torrent trackers.
- Use our proprietary question bank to train external AI models, LLMs, or commercial question banks without prior written licensing agreements from PHOENIXFLY CAREERS LLP.
Violators are subject to immediate account termination, civil damages under the Indian Copyright Act, and criminal proceedings under applicable penal codes.
6. Pricing, Payment Processing & GST Tax Invoices
All fees listed on Phoenix Studies are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly indicated otherwise.
- Secure Payment Gateways: Payments are processed via authorized, PCI-DSS compliant payment aggregators (e.g., Razorpay, Cashfree, UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards). PHOENIXFLY CAREERS LLP does not store or process sensitive CVV numbers or banking passwords on its servers.
- Instant Digital Provisioning: Upon successful transaction capture, your digital license is provisioned in under 1 second on your Student Dashboard.
- Official GST Invoices: As a registered taxpayer under GSTIN 32ABJFP8277G1ZW, an official tax invoice containing full transaction details, SAC code, CGST/SGST breakdown, and customer details is generated and permanently accessible under your Student Dashboard → Order History.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cross-Reference

All examination titles, acronyms, and trademarks referenced on the Platform are used strictly for descriptive, identification, and pedagogical purposes under nominative fair use doctrines.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Platform and all educational materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While PHOENIXFLY CAREERS LLP maintains a 99.4% question verification accuracy standard, we do not warrant that our simulated questions will appear verbatim in any upcoming official examination, nor do we guarantee selection, recruitment, or rank in any competitive test.
In no event shall PHOENIXFLY CAREERS LLP, its partners, educators, officers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for the specific test series in dispute during the preceding three (3) months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PHOENIXFLY CAREERS LLP, its partners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, unauthorized redistribution of copyrighted question banks, or violation of any third-party rights.
11. Governing Law & Exclusive Kannur Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any contractual or non-contractual disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any legal dispute, suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to your use of Phoenix Studies shall be subject to the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kannur, Kerala, India. Both parties waive any objection to the venue of any such suit or proceeding in such courts.
